1๏ธโฃ Tariff & Financial Policies ๐ฐ
Room Rates: Rates are for accommodation only. ๐
No Restaurant: There is no on-site restaurant; meals are not included. ๐ฝ๏ธโ
Extra Person: Charge of โน350 per person. ๐ค
Geyser (Hot Water): Extra chargeable unless specified in your booking voucher. โจ๏ธ๐ฟ
Payment: 100% advance payment required at check-in. ๐ต
Modes: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards. โ No personal cheques.
Promos: Codes are valid for online bookings only; not for offline/spot bookings. ๐ซ
Taxes: All taxes paid are non-refundable. ๐งพ
๐ณ Payment Security & Verification (Card & UPI) ๐ฒ
To ensure a secure transaction and prevent fraudulent bookings, we follow a strict Identity-to-Payment match policy:
The Name Must Match: The name registered on the Credit/Debit Card or the UPI Profile (display name in apps like GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm) used for payment must match the name on the Government ID of a guest physically present and staying in the room.
Authorized Payers: * โ Primary Guest: The person whose name is on the booking.
โ Accompanying Guest: A family member or friend staying in the same room.
Third-Party Restrictions:
โ No Remote Payments: You cannot have a friend or relative who is not at the hotel send a UPI payment or provide their card details over the phone.
โ Unknown Persons: Payments from accounts belonging to individuals not registered at our reception will be rejected.
Why this exists: This policy prevents "Chargebacks" and unauthorized use of someone else's banking details. It ensures that the person paying is the person staying.
The Reason: This protects both the hotel and the actual cardholder from unauthorized charges. If a third-party payment is detected from an "unknown person," the transaction will be rejected, and you will be asked to pay using a verified method.
2๏ธโฃ Identity & Eligibility ๐ชช
Mandatory ID: Every guest must present valid government-issued ID:
Indian Citizens: Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport. (โ PAN Card is NOT accepted).
Foreign Nationals: Original Passport & Visa. ๐
Local IDs: Local ID cards are strictly not accepted. ๐ซ
Solo Travelers: Solo Indian travelers are NOT allowed. Only solo foreign nationals may stay. ๐
Couples: Unmarried couples under 21 years of age are not permitted. ๐ซ
Check-in Discretion: If eligibility is not met, check-in will be denied without refund. ๐
3๏ธโฃ Check-In & Check-Out (Strict Timings) โฐ
Check-in Window: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. ๐
โ ๏ธ The 10 PM Rule: Check-in after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited under any circumstances (including train/flight delays). ๐โ๏ธ
Example: If your train is delayed past 10 PM, unfortunately, check-in will not be possible. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
Early Check-in Fees:
Before 6:00 AM โ ๐ต 100% of previous dayโs rate.
6:00 AM โ 8:00 AM โ ๐ต 50โ100% of previous dayโs rate.
9:00 AM โ 10:00 AM โ โ Complimentary.
Check-out Time: 9:00 AM. ๐
Late Check-out Fees:
9:00 AM โ 9:30 AM โ โ Complimentary.
10:00 AM โ 12:00 PM โ ๐ต 50โ100% of next dayโs rate.
After 1:00 PM โ ๐ต 100% of next dayโs rate.
Note: Extension rates may differ from your original booking rate.
4๏ธโฃ Room Facilities & Power โก
Room Service: Currently suspended. ๐ซ๐งผ
Generator Backup: Available 24ร7.
โ ๏ธ Important: AC and Geyser will NOT work on generator. โโ๏ธ
Voltage: Mayapur often has voltage fluctuations. AC performance may be affected; no refunds will be given for this. โก
Damages: Guests are liable for any damage to furniture, property, or fixtures. ๐๏ธ๐จ
5๏ธโฃ Entry, Security & Conduct ๐
๐ Reception Closing & Opening Time:
The reception desk strictly closes at 10:00 PM and re-opens at 8:00 AM.
All check-ins, check-outs, and administrative inquiries must be completed before 10:00 PM.
๐ซ Check-in after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited.
๐ No Service Period (10:00 PM โ 8:00 AM)
๐๏ธ General Services:
There will be no services provided after 10:00 PM. This includes housekeeping, room service, and the provision of linen.
๐ง Technical & Facility Support:
Staff will not attend to any issues regarding AC operation, geyser operation, or electrical/plumbing matters after 10:00 PM.
๐ Guest Responsibility:
Guests are kindly requested to ensure their AC and geyser are functioning properly and that they have all necessary linen before the 10:00 PM cutoff time.
๐ฎ Night Caretaker Role:
Our Night Caretaker remains present on the premises to oversee the property during night hours.
โ ๏ธ It is not the caretakerโs responsibility to provide guest services, handle check-ins, or resolve room-related technical issues.
๐ Medical Emergencies Only:
The caretaker is authorized to be disturbed only in the event of a genuine medical emergency. We sincerely request all guests to cooperate and respect his rest hours.Curfew: Main gate closes at 10:00 PM and reopens at 6:00 AM. Entry/exit is restricted during this time. ๐ง
Visitors: Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Exceptional entry requires ID, Front Desk approval, and a log entry. ๐ โโ๏ธ
Commercial Use: Using hotel photos/videos for commercial purposes is prohibited without permission. ๐ธ๐ซ
Residential Zone: Please maintain strict silence, especially at night. ๐คซ๐
Prohibited: Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs, Prostitution, Gambling, Contraband, or Pets. ๐ญ๐ซ๐พ๐บ
6๏ธโฃ Cancellations, Refunds & Extras ๐ฉ
EP Rates: Non-refundable and cannot be modified. โ๐ธ
No-Show: No refund if the guest does not arrive.
Mid-Stay Cancellation: No refund if you shorten your stay after check-in.
Travel Disruptions: Charges apply regardless of transport delays (Train/Flight/Bus). ๐
Refund Timeline: Processed in 4 working days; takes 3โ14 business days to reflect.
Car Rental: All car bookings (pick-up/drop) are non-refundable. ๐
Parking: Paid parking is available outside the premises (Third-party, not managed by us). ๐ ฟ๏ธ
Luggage: Storage available (at guest's risk) for up to 10 hours. ๐
