2>:Identity : As per Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guest to show an identity proof (Passport for foreigners) and have to to submit a photocopy of ID at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport and Aadhaar Card(PAN card not accepted). without which their booking stands invalid and they would not be allowed to check in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

3>The Company’s Lien on Visitor’s Luggage and belongings: In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriates the net sale proceeds towards amount due from the guest.
4>:Settlement of Bills: The bills must be settled on Advance. Cheques are not accepted. Debit/Credit Card & UPI accepted..

Early Check-in (subject to availability)
Early check-in will be subject to availability. Our standard check-in time is 10 p.m. Extra charges will apply as per below policy:

6>:Check-out: The ‘Check Out’ Time is 9.00 a.m.
Late Check-out (subject to availability)
Our standard check-out time is 9 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:

7>:Room Service : Room service will be Once a Day.( Due to COVID-19 Room service is suspended )
8>:Generator : Generator Backup (24 Hour ). A.C & Geyser will not work on Generator Backup.
AC may not work due to low voltage in Mayapur. Hotel is not responsible in such circumstance. No refund would be applicable in under such circumstances
9>Open & Closed : Main gate of the Guest House will be finally closed at 10.00 pm. Main gate remains closed from 10.00 pm till 06.00 am. Entry Exit is restricted during this period of time.
10>:Cancellation : All Bookings are Fully Non- Refundable…
Any extension of stay will be provided on current rates, subject to availability.
Current rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
# How to Cancel = You can call us on +91-8167038996 to cancel your booking or Whatsapp us on +91-8167038996 or Email us on email@example.com with your order ID. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 4 working days. However, it may take an additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.
11>:Refund : #All Bookings are Fully Non- Refundable.
12>:Damage : Any damage incurred to the furniture and fixture of the hotel by guests during your function, we will billed to you.
13>: Management’s Rights: It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise .
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith , Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
14>: CAR RENTAL: All Car Pickup and Drop booking are non refundable. Guests are requested to call us for same day pickup and drop.
